✦ Our Ethos

Three women.
One quiet
obsession.

We started The Mayorettes in February 2026 over a shared realization: we were each sitting on nonprofit boards, juggling full-time careers, and watching incredible local missions struggle for the attention they deserved.

We're not a business. Not a nonprofit. Just three women with a passion for community and connection, and a hunch that we had something to offer.

"With over 2,500 nonprofits in Larimer County, we're making giving back feel more elevated, more intentional, and more impactful."

✦ The Work

Advocacy, representation, community, elevated.

01

Advocacy

Speaking up, loudly, gracefully, for the nonprofits doing the quiet, hard work across our county lines.

02

Representation

Lending our platform to the people, missions, and small businesses who deserve a brighter spotlight.

03

Community

Showing up at events, on the feed, and in the rooms where the next generation of givers is forming.

04

Elevation

Connecting business owners with aligned causes, because giving back is good for everyone at the table.

✦ How We Show Up

We turn the spotlight, then we hand them the mic.

  • Highlighting nonprofits & small businesses doing real good.
  • Attending events and creating content that travels further than the room.
  • Connecting mission-aligned business owners with the causes that need them.
  • Lending marketing & social muscle to teams too busy serving to post.

✦ The Founders

Giuli. Jackie. Kerrie.

Three full-time careers. Three boardrooms. One shared evening project that's quietly become something bigger.

01

Giuli Diaz

HR, Beckman Coulter Life Sciences

The connector. Brings strategy and steady hands to every board table she sits at.

02

Jackie Stevens

Salon & Gallery Owner · Philanthropist

The patron. Runs her own foundation and turns rooms into rallying points.

03

Kerrie Luginbill

Partner, OTM Marketing

The amplifier. Knows how to make worthy work look as good as it is.
